Join us Wednesdays from 10:30-11:45AM at the Family Support Center at 1144 Boon St., Traverse City.

There is NO CHARGE to participants, and we have mats, blankets and straps for anyone who needs one.

This is a wonderful way to let go of some of the stress of grief, while simultaneously rebuilding our strength.
