Michael’s Place is excited to announce the return of our fun, family-friendly spring challenge. Walk. Bike. Paddle. Run. Or Mix & Match – you can choose your own adventure combo to achieve 20 miles during the event dates of May 20 – May 29.
This is not your average fun run – all ages and fitness levels can join in. Grab your family and friends and join the challenge!
Challenge Event: Saturday, May 20 – Monday, May 29, 2023
Registration: Opens Monday, April 3, 2023 – Free t-shirts for all participants who register by Monday, April 24th.

ALL registrants will get a fun swag bag, but Early Bird registrants will also get a FREE T-SHIRT! The deadline for the Early Bird is April 24th.
$35 per registrant – Adult Choose Your Adventure: Walk. Bike. Paddle. Run. Or Mix & Match!
Registrants can participate individually, or with a team. Gather a team of 4 or more and receive $5 off each participant’s registration!
$20 per registrant – Kids & Family Choose Your Adventure: Walk. Bike. Paddle. Run. Or Mix & Match!
We encourage you to participate as a family! Registrants under 18 and their family members can register at the discounted rate of $20, which means adults save $15 on their registration.

Launch Event: Saturday, May 20th, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Hull Park in Traverse City. Join us for a fun event to kick off the challenge. We will have food, sponsor vendors, family-friendly events and activities, along with prize drawings! T-shirts and swag bags will be available for pick-up at the event. Tribute Bike Ride: Wednesday, May 24th, 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm at Palmer Woods in Maple City. Our Challenge Sponsor, Suttons Bay Bikes is hosting a guided Tribute Bike Ride for participants to join in memory of a loved one, or simply in support of Michael’s Place. All ages can be a part of this with one loop easy enough for even little ones. Details to come.
