Join Michael’s Place at Interlochen Public Library for Writing Through Loss


Monday, July 18, 1-3 pm- Feeling the Goodbye : It takes strength and courage to face our grief, and vulnerability to be present in our emotions. Join us as we tend the wounds with focused conversation and writing on all that we lose in our lives when a loved one dies.

Monday, August 22, 1-3 pm- Continuing Their Legacy: We may not realize the impact a person has made on our lives nor the legacy they leave until after their death. This session focuses conversation and writing on the legacies of our loved ones and how it impacts our lives.

Monday, September 19, 1-3 pm- Reflective Growth: The things we once found irritating can be what we miss the most when someone dies. This writing session focuses conversation and writing on the impact that a loved one’s life and death has made in our lives.
